A classroom and location based workshop led by Tony Worobiec FRPS.

Once you realise that the defining quality of landscape is weather, then you are truly able to grasp landscape photography. The weather governs the two most important features of landscape images, notably lighting and mood. In this workshop you will be encouraged to view all weather conditions as a positive; the key is to understand that whilst you cannot change the weather, you can change your choice of location, one which chimes with the nature of the prevailing weather.

This is the first of two workshops to be led by Tony, the second takes place on Saturday 7th September. If you wish to attend both workshops you must book and pay for each workshop as a seperate transaction.

We ask those who have no preference on which day they attend to book for the Friday, which will allow those with weekday work commitments to attend on the Saturday.

Both workshops will follow a similar pattern, with a classroom session in the morning, followed by an afternoon of outdoor practical exploration. Each workshop limited to 12 places.

Refreshments will be available, and you may choose to bring a packed lunch.

Meet at the Castel Douzaine Room at 10.00 am for a prompt start.

Pre-booking is required, and will give you free entry to the Lecture Talk on Thursday evening without separate booking.
